Join me for a two hour class of pure restorative yoga. In this practice we will turn the speed dial way down. Step away from the busyness of life and enjoy a slow, mindful pace to explore your body and mind. Feeling burnt out? Stressed, tired, anxious, fatigued? Restorative yoga is a wonderful antidote to the frenetic pace of modern life. This practice also compliments active, athletic movement practices such as running, spinning, crossfit, weight-lifting, power yoga etc and can improve athletic performance by facilitating more complete recovery. The slower pace will tap into your body's natural capacity for healing, triggering your parasympathetic nervous system, reversing the effects of stress on your body and mind.
