Using the lens of our asana practice, gain a solid understanding of your amazing body in this anatomy intensive with Anna. The shoulders, hips, spine, core, fascia and breath will be covered in detail, examining bones, joints, muscles and connective tissues. Learn the individual parts, how they move with each other and how to best optimize these natural rhythms in your movement practice. Be challenged by questioning often repeated but rarely understood cue's like 'relaxing your shoulders' in down dog , 'squaring your hips' in warrior 1 and 'hugging elbows in' in chaturanga. This immersion is for yoga teachers and students alike! Non-yogis are welcome, too! Be empowered, learning about your own body, expanding your confidence, knowledge and awareness.
