FULL - 200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

THIS TRAINING IS FULL. PLEASE MESSAGE ME TO BE PUT ON THE WAITLIST AND BE SURE TO SIGN UP FOR MY EMAIL LIST TO BE NOTIFIED OF FUTURE TRAININGS!

Leading teacher trainings is my most rewarding work. It’s here that I’m able to discuss all that yoga encompasses. We start at the beginning and build on that foundation each time we meet. You will learn so much. About the human body, about yoga philosophy, about teaching. But through this training you will learn the most about yourself. It is a deep and rewarding journey, I hope you will join!

Join Anna and a group of varied and experienced voices for a comprehensive 200/hour Yoga Teacher Training. Each meeting is a mixture of lecture, discussion and application.

Curriculum includes:

THE HISTORY OF YOGA- learn about the origins of the practice and how it came to the west.

YOGA PHILOSOPHY- through the entirety of the training we will discuss yoga philosophy and how these concepts play out in our modern lives.

ANATOMY, KINESIOLOGY AND BIO-MECHANICS - gain a solid understanding of the human body learning the parts, how they move and how they work with-in the context of yoga asana.
